• What is Doozy of a Deal?

  It’s a cooperative “win-win-win” business model and web site that creates new streams of income for schools and organizations, helps businesses attract new customers, and offers amazing discounts to customers! It’s a completely painless way to raise money, win customers and score amazing deals.

• What does it cost to be a Doozy of a Deal Subscriber (what we fondly refer to as a “Doozer”)?

  Absolutely nothing...Zero…Nada…Zilch…Zip. It’s completely FREE to sign up.

• What do I need to do to subscribe?

  Simply fill out our registration form, including the school or organization which you’d like to receive the benefit of your purchase. It’s that simple.

• Do I have to choose a benefiting organization?

  Well, no, but we’d love it if you did. After all, there are so many great schools and organizations out there helping our community. Why wouldn’t you want to help put some extra cash in their hands?

• I don’t see my favorite organization/school on your benefiting organizations list. What do I do?

  Well, for now, you can choose another organization from our list of superb partners. And, if you know of an organization that you’d like to see participate in Doozy’s “Give Back” program, simply let us know by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Today’s deal is amazing! How do I get it?

  It’s simple. Just click the “Buy” button on the Feature Page before the deal ends.

• I just bought an amazing Doozy of a Deal! Where do I get my voucher?

  You can access your voucher from one of two places. 1) Immediately after buying your deal you can access your voucher on the checkout Thank You page. 2) Don't want to print it out now? No problem! Come back to our site anytime, log in, and access the Member Area. You can access your voucher from your Purchase History section.

• Once I buy a Doozy Deal, what do I need to do to use it?

  After you buy a Doozy Deal, you will be charged, and you will receive an email congratulating you on your purchase and contribution to your benefiting organization. You may print out your certificate immediately or at any future time simply by logging into your account and viewing your purchase history. It is important to note that your certificate is NOT valid the day of purchase. The start date of coupon redemptions is always the day after the deal closes. For example, on a deal that is published Friday – Sunday, and you purchase on Friday, your coupon will not be valid until Monday. The Doozy Deal Certificate has redemption instructions printed right on it.

• When can I use my Doozy Deal?

  Your Doozy Deal certificate can be used starting the day after the deal closes, and until the expiration date that is printed on the certificate. The Doozy Deal certificate has the valid dates printed right on it.

• Can I buy a Doozy Deal as a gift certificate for a friend?

  Yes, and we encourage it. Each Doozy Deal will have its own restrictions and terms. So, make sure you follow the guidelines of the deal. So, unless the “fine-print’ specifically excludes gifting or multiple purchases, go right ahead! Use the “Gift Option” at checkout if you’d like us to send the certificate directly to your friends. We’ll tell them who the gift is from, and they’ll be able to print the certificate out at their convenience.

• Do I have to use the entire face value amount of the certificate in one visit?

  Yes. Unless stated otherwise, there is no credit or cash back for the unused portion. So, make sure you enjoy the full value or bring a friend to help you spend it.

• Can I combine my Doozy Deal with any other discounts, coupons or special offers?

  No, unless the vendor has specified otherwise.

• Is Doozyofadeal.com safe and secure?

  Absolutely. Your credit card information is transmitted by SLL directly to a secure electronic vault. Rest assured, your credit card information is NEVER stored on our servers.

• Oops, I goofed…Can I return a Doozy Deal Certificate?

  If you’ve made a mistake, or simply changed your mind, you can edit your purchases through your account at any time during the day the deal was purchased. Beyond that, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We’ll certainly do what we can to keep you happy.

• Will the vendor of the deal I am purchasing really honor my voucher?

  YES! We have iron-clad contracts in place with all of the vendors offering deals; We own the deals that we are publishing. Furthermore, Doozy of a Deal has you covered: For up to 30 days from the date of purchase, we will personally refund your voucher purchase should you encounter a problem with redeeming your voucher due to issues with vendor compliance or participation.

• How and when does the non-profit organization I choose during registration get paid?

  It's simple. The price you see on the deal is the ONLY thing you pay for. You get a great deal from a local vendor and at the end of each quarter we pay out 7.5% of all the purchases you have made to the benefactor you selected if they have accrued more that $50. Otherwise, they are paid at the end of the quarter during which they've hit the $50 mark.

• What happens if the Business closes down before I use my Doozy Deal?

  We try our best to screen our vendors to help ensure that the business will be around to honor your certificates. However, sometimes, bad things happen to good businesses. Doozy of a Deal will offer a full 30-day money back guarantee if the business closes within 30 days of the featured deal. If the business closes after the 30-day period has expired, we’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
